ANSWER:  You certainly can!  We can make anything your little heart desires.  All you have to do is ask.  Planning a wedding?  We can make the bride's bouquet and she can have a keepsake from an occassion that memories are made of.  Why pay hundreds of dollars on live flower arrangements when we can make wedding sprays from flowers that can be used in the home for years to come.  Or you can decorate with a blooming Wisteria tree, a palm, or any number of available plants that will serve more than one occassion!
     Making special orders takes time...allow us plenty of time to make it "special".

QUESTION: 
DO ALL THE TROPICAL PHOENIX SILK PALMS HAVE THE BENDABLE TRUNK OR JUST THE 7FT TREE?  CAN THEY BE SPECIAL ORDERED IN ANOTHER VARIETY OF TREE?
ANSWER:  ALL OF THE TROPICAL PHOENIX SILK PALMS HAVE THE BENDABLE TRUNK.  THEY ARE THE ONLY TREES WE OFFER WITH THIS SPECIAL CHARACTERISTIC.  SORRY, WE CANNOT SPECIAL ORDER BENDABLE TRUNKS IN ANY OTHER VARIETY OF TREE.

IF YOU ONLY OFFER 3 DIFFERENT SIZED OF TREE/PLANT, CAN YOU MAKE A TREE OF A DIFFERENT SIZE...SAY IT COMES IN 3FT, 4FT, 6FT...CAN YOU MAKE AN 8FT?
ANSWER:  IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST SUCH AS THIS, SUBMIT THE REQUEST AND WE'LL SEE WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU TO MAKE YOU HAPPY...WE CARRY THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER SIZES IN STOCK SO THAT WE CAN MEET YOUR NEEDS RAPIDLY AND IN THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY POSSIBLE.  WE CAN AND DO HANDLE SPECIAL ORDERS BUT KNOW THAT IT WILL TAKE THE EXTRA TIME TO MAKE YOU THAT  " EXTRA SPECIAL"

QUESTION:  Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
ANSWER:  Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. So it's completely secure.

Paypal is our merchant account...it processes our credit card purchases for us.  They now offer our customers the opportunity to leave the customer's information in their secure information banks for easier access and faster check-out opportunities on thecustomer's return visits.  This information will not be accessed by anyone other than our account check-out storage banks and is never released to any third party or mail order enities.  Your information is safe with us.  We value your privacy as if it were our own.

ANSWER:  7-10 WORKING DAYS...MAYBE SOONER!  FOR IN-STOCK ORDERS ONLY...
SPECIAL ORDERS CAN TAKE 3 WKS OR MORE DEPENDING ON THE ORDER
